Introduction to Reiki online over zoom on Monday, July 6th from 6-8pm, or Tuesday July 7th  from 7 to 9pm or Thursday 10am to noon, or by appointment. 2 hours $50

Introduction to Reiki in-person on Sunday, July 12 from 9-11am $50

Reiki I Shoden(introduction to Reiki included in class) in person on Sundays, July 12^th, 26^th , and August 9^th and 23^rd  starting at 9 or 11am or by appointment  12 hours $400. Space is limited

Reiki I Shoden is online over Zoom on Mondays or Tuesdays by appointment 12 hours $250.

Reiki II Okuden/Reiki II Okuden Hands-on in person Saturdays, August 1^st and 8^th  by appointment 12 hours $500.

COURSE OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: • Discuss the diagnosis and treatment of Myofascial Dysfunction. • Demonstrate how to diagnostically choose the proper muscle systems to work with. • Demonstrate how to create their own Myofascial Treatment Protocols which include Trigger Point therapy, Muscle Strengthening Programs, Myofascial Stretching Exercises, and Proprioceptive Training. • Demonstrate how to effectively treat acute and chronic pain problems.

Day 1: Introduction to MyoFascial Trigger Point Therapy along with evaluation and intervention techniques for: Neck Pain, Low Back Pain, Radiculopathy, Herniated Discs. Learn how to evaluate and effectively treat patients with the above conditions.

Day 2: The course builds upon the previous session and further discusses evaluation and treatment methods for Shoulder pathology, Frozen Shoulder, Tennis Elbow, Golfer’s Elbow, Fractures, Wrist and Hand problems, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Hip Dysfunction, Knee osteoarthritis, Shin splint pain, Foot conditions, Plantarfasciitis and more.
