Guided Meditation over skype or in person Statan Island and in Media

Join us for a guided meditation program teleconference or in-person class in Media, PA and Staten Island NY. Register for one single session or all three guided meditation programs on Sunday, November 11 in celebration of the new moon rising.  The program begins at 5 p.m.  Skype in if you cannot attend in person. Guided Meditation 1  Raising Light: Raising light allows participants to enjoy a guided meditation that enhances the light vibration in the cells. Even science is beginning to prove light vibration in the cellular anatomy. Light vibrational resonance can create more inner peace and harmony. Time: 5 p.m.- 6 p.m. Cost: $30 Guided Meditation 2 Enjoying the Sun: Sun energy and moon energy rise to meet us everyday. Have you every noticed the sun and have you ever known that it is alive enjoying your rays as well? The sun and moon energy is real and can harvest new birth for you. The season of the sun is born with new growth and new wisdom to share everyday.  6 p.m. - 7 p.m. Cost: $30  Guided Meditation 3 Raising Joy: Raising joy is important because we are joy. Joy is our birthrite. This guided meditation is great for those seeking to look outside the box and foster greater light, depth and joy within. Joy expands healing energy, mind, body, and spirit. Time: 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.  Cost: $30
