Saturday June 9^th Media's 2^nd Saturday Arts Stroll 6-9pm  Visit participating businesses, enjoy live music and the work of Media Arts Council Registry Artists;  Media Blues Stroll is 7pm-1am, so come early and park near courthouse!!!!!

Stop by the Reiki Healing Center - here is our schedule for the evening, 6-9pm:

• 6:00-7pm:  Free talk - Dorothy Pywell - Nutrition and Fiber
• 6:00-7:00 Myra Reichel: Reiki Share for Reiki Practitioners
• 7-7:30pm:  Free talk - Introduction to Reiki
• 7-8pm:  Dorothy Pywell, Registered Dietitian, will be available to answer questions about her upcoming Diabetes and Nutrition classes.
• 7:30-9pm:  Chair massages with Wendell Hobbs ($1 per minute), and/or Reiki mini-sessions for newcomers ($1 per minute), and/or chakra balancing sessions with Joan ($1 per minute, 20 minutes minimum) 

Hi Myra-

CONGRATULATIONS on the birth of Luciano. it is amazing how a baby can bind a family no matter how far from each other they are. I have purposely waited to contact you until I had some evidence that adding Reiki to Hypnotherapy was beneficial. Now I won't bring clients into trance without it. They seem to relax sooner and hypnosis is deeper. The whole experience, I feel, is more beneficial. Combining both modalities is now a must in my practice, and your brand of Reiki is both user friendly and most effective.

April 14 Second Saturday in Media

• 6:00-7pm Vocal Toning the Chakras - free workshop with Joan - see below
• 7-7:30pm Free talk - Introduction to Reiki
• 7-8pm Dorothy Pywell, Registered Dietitian will be available to introduce herself and answer questions about her upcoming Diabetes and Nutrition classes.
• 7:30-9pm Chair Massages with Wendell Hobbs, and/or Chakra Balancing with Joan Nikelsky, and/or Reiki mini-sessions for newcomers, all for $1 per minute

  Did you know that each of the major seven chakras has a specific harmonic tone?  Here’s an opportunity to learn about this and practice vocal toning of the chakras to align and balance them, followed by a guided meditation. 
  This experience results in deep relaxation and can lead to expanded states of consciousness.  We will be assisted by a CD from “healing sounds” expert Jonathan Goldman.
  Come join with others to learn the sacred vowel sounds of your chakras!
