I. Usui Reiki Origins Training & Certification Program

The Usui Reiki Origins certification program is for new and returning students interested in developing a personal spiritual path of peace and self-discovery while cultivating practical Reiki skills that will sustain a lifetime of self-healing, sharing Reiki with family and friends, volunteering and/or developing professional practice.

The instruction in these 3 and 4-month courses is designed to leave you feeling empowered and confident in your Reiki practice by providing a comprehensive exploration of Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho as currently taught and developed in Usui Sensei's original Reiki society (Gakkai) in Japan as well as contemporary Western Reiki healing methods developed through Takata-sensei's lineage in the US.

All class levels include a series of initiation attunements and empowerments (Reiju), discussion of Japanese and Western Reiki cultures and healing concepts, and lots of fun hands-on practice including inspirational Reiki meditations and transformational healing techniques previously unknown to Western Reiki practitioners until the late 1990’s as taught by Japanese Reiki Master and Gakkai member, Hiroshi Doi. Detailed class manuals written by William Lee Rand, Richard Rivard and Tom Rigler included. Daytime and evening classes available. Pre-registration Required. II. Usui Reiki Ryoho Workshop
For those who already have Western Reiki certification, these 1-day certificate classes are designed to optimize and expand your current level of empowerment by providing you with Usui Sensei’s traditional Japanese Usui Reiki Ryoho meditation and healing methods previously unknown to Western Reiki practitioners until the late 1990’s, plus modern Japanese Gendai-ho techniques as taught by Japanese Reiki Master and Gakkai member, Hiroshi Doi. Certificate and detailed Usui Reiki Ryoho Workshop Manual by Richard Rivard and Tom Rigler included for each level. Pre-registration Required. Includes: Reiju empowerment, current Reiki history, meditation techniques to cleanse the body, open to the energy and develop spiritual hygiene, a meditation for cleansing and activating the chakras, Usui sensei’s original hand positions for self and others, techniques for using Reiki in groups, and purifying food and objects such as crystals.

Level II: Okuden Practitioner (8hrs) *$200

Includes: Reiju empowerment, current Reiki history, enhanced teachings of the first 3 Usui Reiki symbols, their meanings and spiritual descriptions, additional techniques for self treatment and giving sessions to others including a meditation called Hatsurei-ho, which helps students enhance their opening to the Reiki energy, generate greater amounts of Reiki, grow spiritually and cultivate spiritual hygiene.
